About the Association

Two Schools, One Gold

Every year the two schools of Kegalle meet in the Battle of the Gold — a three-day test match and a one-day game. Off the field, their alumni share one gold thread. This association carries what the two schools hold in common, while honouring what makes each distinct.

Scholarships

Fees, books and exam support for students at both schools who could not otherwise stay enrolled.

The Battle of the Gold

Backing the annual encounter — the three-day test and the one-day game — that brings Kegalle together.

School projects

Labs, libraries and facilities that outlast any single batch, shared equally between the two schools.

Governance

Executive Committee

The association is led by an Executive Committee of six national officers and seven Regional Vice Committee Members, elected by Financial Members every two years.

The Executive Committee will be published here after the next election.
